Help with Shopping Online at FastSize.com
Shopping at FastSize is simple! Our products can be viewed and purchased online at our shop by using our 128 bit SSL encrypted checkout system, or by calling 1-877-FASTSIZE. If you have trouble browsing our products, view the instructions below. If you have trouble ordering, be sure to visit the Ordering Help section.Step One: Begin Shopping
- First, begin shopping at our Products Page. Here you will find our current products and their respective categories.
- Select either a product featured on this page, or the category you would like to visit.
- Selecting a Category will lead you Step Two, the category view of the products within the specified category.
- Selecting a product featured on this page will lead you to Step 3 of this process, the Product Details Page
Step Two: Select Your Product
- Selecting a product category on our Product Pages will lead you to the Category View page (example here)
- At the product category page, the first four products in this category are initally visible. If there are more products available, you can view them by clicking the number of the Page in both top right corner, and bottom right corner of the page.
- Feel free to read the brief description of each product, which can be found below the product title.
- To view the additional information abour a specified product, select the "View Details of This Product" link. This will lead you to Step 3, or the Product Details page.
Step Three: View Product Details
- The product details page features all associated detailed information about the product you have selected.
- To view Usage Recommendations for the associated product, click the "Product Information" tab.
- To view the Shipping or Warranty information for the associated products, click the "Shipping and Warranty" tab.
- After you have reviewed the product, enter the quantity of the product you desire to purchase in the box below the price.
- Click the "Add to Cart" button to add the product to your Shopping Cart to begin the checkout process.
Step Four: Checkout Process
The checkout process begins, and you may enter any discount codes you may have received. Once you have received a subtotal on the product(s) you wish to order, you may click the "CHECKOUT NOW" button. This will bring you to a page to either:- Create a New Account: This option will let you create a customer account which will give you the ability to view status of orders and view all previous orders made.
- Login to Existing Account: If you have already ordered or have signed up for an account previously, you can login to your account to begin this process and make it much shorter (as your address information will have been saved).
