Shipping Information

Order Processing and Turnover

"Order Processing" involves accepting your payment, verifying the transfer of funds, and shipping your product. Depending on the type of transaction you select, different time signatures can apply.

Payment by Credit Card: Phone Orders
Your order will be processed immediately and shipped within 1-2 business days. Our phone lines are open from .

Payment by PayPal Transfer
Your order will be processed in 1-3 business days. If your order is placed on Friday after 3pm or on either Satruday or Sunday, your order will be processed by either Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

Payment by Bank Wire
Because of standard banking transfer times, your payment will be processed in approximately 7 business days. International bank drafts outside the United States will be processed in appromiately 7-10 business days.

Payment by Sending Money Order
Once we receive your Money Order, processing will take 1-2 business days.

Shipping Procedures and Carriers

Our shopping cart system automatically selects which carrier will ship your order based on the criteria below. Though we select the carrier, you will still be able to select your shipping method (Ground, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, Overnight, etc.) during the checkout process:

	All international and domestic orders will be shipped via UPS, excluding the State of Hawaii, Military Addresses (AP / FPO) as well as P.O. Box addresses.
	Orders shipped to the State of Hawaii, Military Addresses, and P.O. boxes will be shipped via The United States Postal Service.
	We currently do not ship orders to International P.O. Boxes, and the following countries: Mexico, South Africa, and all states within their respective borders.

For shipping requests that fall outside of this criteria, or if you need assitance related to our shipping procedures, please email us at support@fastsize.com or call us 1-877-FASTSIZE. Special requests (such as local pick up service, signature requirements) can be completed if requested.
Note: A $6 address correction fee may apply if any changes are made to the shipping address after an order ships from our facility.

Order Packaging: Unmarked Packages for Your Privacy

Our packages are shipped in unmarked, discreet boxes to ensure your privacy. Based on the products you have purchased, your order will arrive in either an envelope (8x2x11) or a small box (8x3x7, 10x2x8x, 11x4x8).
