Product Return

Items can be returned within 21 days after purchase. Merchandise must be unused/unopened and accompanied by a copy of the invoice/receipt. A refund of the price paid minus shipping costs will be credited to the original form of payment used for the order. If an order is cancelled after it ships, the shipping charges are non-refundable.

Extender Money Back Guarantee Program

We are so confident that you will be impressed and pleased by the FastSize Extender© that we offer a full money back guarantee. If you do not see results after 6 months of usage, you may return it for a full refund. Our product works and we are willing to back that up with our guarantee. Further, If you receive the product and feel as though it is not fit for you, you may send it back for a full refund. This condition requires the Extender to be un-used and in the original packaging, as we do not re-issue used devices for sanitary purposes.

If you have used the device, and believe it has been ineffective, a full refund will be issued after 6 months following the purchase date. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must send in a Progress Chart with the device. You must track the hours/minutes you wore the device per each day throughout the 6 month period. You must also include measurements for each month (a total of 6 measurements). If you have incomplete or no Progress Chart, or did not use the device following our recommended program, you will not qualify for the refund.
