If you do not see results after 6 months of usage, you may return it for a full refund. Our product works and we are willing to back that up with our guarantee. Further, If you receive the product
and feel as though it is not fit for you, you may send it back for a full refund. This condition requires the Extender to be un-used and in the original packaging, as we do not re-issue used devices
for sanitary purposes. This is part of our private policy. If you have used the device, and believe it has been ineffective, a full refund will be issued after 6 months following the purchase date. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must send in a Progress Chart with the device. You must track the hours/minutes you wore the device per each day throughout the 6 month period. You must also include measurements for each month (a total of 6 measurements). If you have incomplete or no Progress Chart, or did not use the device following our recommended program, you will not qualify for the refund.
