Is my order safe?

Yes, your order is 100% secure and safe. We use the latest encryption technology (a 128 bit encrypted, SSL Secured engine) to ensure that your order is transmitted securely. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. In the unlikely event of a server compromise, none of your information can be taken and used for any reason.

Will you bill me again without my permission?

We will never bill you without your permission. Because we do not store any credit card information on our servers, any time you wish to order product from us you must either submit it online or by phone. We can not automatically bill you for our products or services.

Will I be charged duty/import fees?

If you live outside of the USA there is a strong chance your country will charge you to import this device. We have no control over this. The duties vary from country to country. If you have any concerns with these fees, please contact your country's Customs and Importing Regulatory agency. Fastsize does not pay for your import fees.

Are all prices in US Dollars?

Yes, all prices are in US Currency. If you wish to find out how much that translates to in local currency, please go to: http://www.xe.com/ucc/. It has the most up to date and accurate currency conversion numbers on the internet.

Am I charged tax?

California residents are charged a 7.75% sales tax. Anyone outside of the state of California are not charged taxes.

Shipping and Packaging FAQ

When will my product ship?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your package to leave our shipping facility, and an additional 3-5 business days for it to arrive. The average order takes 5-7 business days to reach our customers around the world.

What carrier do you use?

We use both UPS or USPS services. You can decide which service to use during purchase. However please note that UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, only USPS does. We do not use DHL.

I'm concerned with my privacy. Is the package marked with FastSize or anything regarding contents?

We know that products like ours could be potentially embarassing to you if someone were to see them and question you. That is why our products are sent in plain white boxes and the company name appears as "Shipping Department". No one will know what is inside of the box.

If I mail in a payment (money order/certified cheque) how long will it take to get to me?

If you mail in a payment by USPS it can take up to 7 days to arrive. We then process your payment and ship it the next day. UPS can take 5 business days to deliver, bringing the total average delivery to 13-14 days. If you are outside of the US it can take an additional week.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, however we do not ship to active combat zones. If you are in a combat zone you will need to have the product shipped to your home, or to a base outside of a combat zone.

What countries do you not ship to?

Currently we do not ship to Mexico, or the entire continent of Africa (all countries). Due to large amounts of fraud, the exclusion of Africa had to be made. If you are from Africa and wish to place an order please contact us.

Can I come pick up my order if I live close?

Our shipping facility can not hand product out to customers, as such we do not allow local pickup of products. All items must be shipped from the facility to avoid confusion.

What happens if I enter an incorrect shipping address?

Your item will most likely be delivered or attempted by the carrier. If they can not find you or the address the package is returned to us. In this situation we will contact you and ask for a correct address and re-ship the package to you. In emergency situations we can re-route packages once they have left the shipping warehouse.

Can I have my order shipped to a local UPS Customer Center for pickup?

Yes, we do allow shipping to a UPS Center so long as they hold packages. Click here to find a local center here. When you place your order, be sure to enter the UPS Center address as the Shipping address.

How can I track my package?

If you have a FastSize customer account, simply login to your account, and can click on "Order Status" on the very top right of the page. This will bring you to a page that will let you see the status and progress of your order. If you do not have an account with us, click here to track your order manually, by using your Billing Zip Code and Order ID Number to track your order.

I moved. How can I update my information?

Simply login to your account. Then click on "Modify Account Information". You can update any details that have changed in this screen.

What are the benefits of having an account?

As a registered FastSize account holder, you are eligible for discounts and pre-release products. You will have access to products and services well before the general public.
