Extender to Correct Penile Curvature, Peyronie's Disease
A breakthrough in developing a completely non-invasive treatment for Peyronie's Disease came last year when Chicago physician and researcher Laurence Levine ran a clinical trial designed by the Medway Research Institute.The Institute used the FastSize Extender, and found that the constant stretching action applied by the Extender caused the Peyronie's plaque to soften. Curvature of the penis was reduced by 10% - 45% for individuals who participated in the clinical trial, with every patient receiving some measure of improvement. The stretching regimen took place over a two to three month period. The following is a brief timeline of our ongoing clinical trial.

Correcting 10-45% of Penile Curvature and 100% Patient Response
The traction, or stretching applied by the FastSize Extender allows the scar tissue formed by Peyronie's Disease to soften, which allows for physical manipulation over time. Each case of Peyronie's Disease is vastly different, and results are depending on your unique condition. Patients who experienced the most drastic improvements reported curvature correction up to 45%.
Managing Penile Shortening after Peyronie's Disease Surgery
A main concern, and inevitability of having surgery to correct Peyronie's Disease is penile shortening. During surgery, the corpora is exposed and clamps are used to remove or pinch the tissue to cancel the bending effects caused by Peyronie's Disease. This counteracts the shortage of the tunica albuginea and straightens the penis, but the penis will be slightly reduced in length as a consequence.The use of the FastSize Extender can aid in regaining the lost length after such surgery. During Levine's clinical trial, length improvements were observed as a subjunctive for patients who had previously had a surgical operation to correct Peyronie's Disease. The goal of the evaluation was to determine if the Extender could prevent length loss after surgery. The results are shown below. 40 individuals were sampled in the trial, 12 who had grafting surgery for Peyronie's correction, and 28 who had plication procedures. The data was then accumulated and sampled verse 20 control patients.

The results indicate that each individual gained some measurable (objective) and perceived (subjective) gains in penile length after surgical procedures to correct Peyronie's Disease. In conclusion, post-operative penile stretching is a safe, and effective method to minimize length loss.
